Ordering and Billing

 

What is the process from payment to shipment?

Once payment has been received, an order for your box or product purchase is forwarded to our warehouse and it is shipped within 10 days. Once your package leaves the warehouse, an email notification is sent to you along with a tracking number. With this information, you can monitor its delivery progress.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay for Secret for Longevity products by credit card or PayPal. If a monthly subscription is purchased, your payment for the next box will be automatically charged at the beginning of each month to your designated payment method.

 

What other fees do you charge?

There are no hidden fees. Shipping costs are already included in the price for those located in the United States. Applicable taxes may apply for residents in New York, New Jersey and Kentucky. Alaskan, Hawaiian, and Canadian residents are required to pay an additional for shipping. We encourage subscribers to read our terms and conditions for detailed information regarding charges involved with our recurring service.

 

When will my account be charged/debited?

For monthly subscriptions, the payment for your first Longevity Box will be charged at the time of checkout. For subsequent boxes, payments are automatically charged between the 1st and the 10th of the month, regardless of sign up date.

 

Do I have to re-order The Longevity Box every month?

For your convenience, The Longevity Box subscription automatically renews each month until you cancel within the term deadline. No re-ordering is necessary.

 

What happens if I have insufficient funds in my account?

If you are already a subscriber to The Longevity Box, we will attempt to charge/debit your account every 24-48 hours until it is successful. If our billing attempts fail, your subscription will go into “pending status” and we will withhold shipment of The Longevity Box until your payment details are updated.

 

Can I return my Longevity Box and have its cost refunded?

We do not accept returns or issue refunds.

 

How do I cancel my subscription to The Longevity Box?

Your $25 monthly subscription to The Longevity Box can be cancelled by the 10th of the month prior (e.g. you must cancel by March 10th if you want to cancel your April charge/box). Simply send an email to contact@secretforlongevity.com with a request to cancel your subscription and an email confirmation will be sent to you when we have processed your cancellation.

 

 Why did I get charged even though I cancelled my subscription?

The most likely reason is that the cancellation request did not take place within the term deadline. Your $25 monthly subscription to The Longevity Box must be cancelled by the 10th of the prior month to the upcoming charge (e.g. you must cancel by March 10th if you want to cancel your April charge/box).

 

How do I renew my subscription to The Longevity Box?

Wait until your current subscription expires. For example, if your plan expires in January, you must wait until February to renew. To renew your subscription, simply sign-up for a new 12-month subscription on The Longevity Box website.

 

Shipping

 

What is the deadline to change my shipping address?

Address changes must be made by the first of the month in order to take effect for the same month’s shipping (e.g. to change the shipping address for your March Longevity Box, you will have to update it by March 1st). Simply send an email to contact@secretforlongevity.com with a request to update your address and a confirmation email will be sent to you when your information has been updated.

 

Why did I receive my box later than my friend?

There are several variations of The Longevity Box every month.  The versions are based on location, available bonus items and the newest products we have in stock. Another reason could be payment or shipping delays, or possible issues with product back-orders.

 

Where do you ship The Longevity Box?

Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada and we hope to expand to more countries in the near future!

 

How do I track my order’s shipment?

As soon as your Longevity product or subscription box is on its way, you will receive an email containing a tracking number that allows you to monitor its shipment.

 

When can I expect delivery of my order?

We ship within 10 business days after payment is received. Typically, this occurs on the third and fourth week of every month. Please note that sometimes there may be shipping delays and/or product back-orders due to the vendor/brand fulfillment process. Thank you for your patience!

As soon as your box is on its way, you will receive an email containing a tracking number that allows you to monitor its shipment.

 

Do I have to pay extra for shipping?

Shipping costs are already included in the price for those located in the United States. Applicable taxes may apply for residents from New York, New Jersey and Kentucky. Additional shipping charges apply to subscribers with an Alaskan, Hawaiian or a Canadian address. Why haven’t I received my Longevity Box yet?

When your Longevity Box has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email along with a tracking number so you can track your package on usps.com. You can expect to see this information towards the middle of the calendar month. Please note that sometimes there may be shipping delays and/or product back-orders due to the vendor/brand fulfillment process.

 

Product

 

What if I am missing or received damaged product?

If a product in your Longevity Box is missing or damaged, please send an email right away to contact@secretforlongevity.com and include “Damaged product” or “Missing product” in the subject line. We appreciate it if you could include an image of the damaged item to help us promptly process your replacement.

 

What if I suffer an allergic reaction after using one of products?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that The Longevity Box is free of certain substances or compounds since we feature different products every month. If you suffer from a known allergy against certain substances or compounds, we recommend you to thoroughly review the ingredients of all product before using it.

 

What if I receive the same product twice?

We make every effort to create an exciting mix of products in every Longevity Box. In some rare cases, an individual product that has proven popular and well-loved in the past will make a re-appearance in your box. If you are unsatisfied with a duplicate product, please reach out to us at contact@secretforlongevity.com and we will make it right.

Is The Longevity Box individually packed?

Yes! Our team of skin care and anti-aging experts work around the clock to gather the best products from all around the world to fill each box with Secret for Longevity products and an assortment of samples from established companies and up-and-coming brands.

 

How should I use the products The Longevity Box?

In the “Products” section of our website, you’ll find a list of all Secret for Longevity products. Click on each product to find a detailed description of the product, including ingredients and step-by-step directions on how to use it.

 

Can I find out what’s in The Longevity Box before receiving it?

Here at Secret for Longevity, we pride ourselves in providing the joy of discovery to our subscribers and have found that they are equally excited with anticipation to receiving their monthly boxes. So as to not spoil the element of surprise, we do not reveal the full contents of each month’s box until after it ships. If you would like a general idea of what The Longevity Box contains, please take a look at our previous Longevity Boxes.

 

Are past Longevity Boxes available for sale?

Our past Longevity Boxes are not available for sale, but you can definitely order Secret for Longevity products and value set boxes on our website.

 

I subscribed on February 23. Will my first Longevity Box be the February or March edition?

The month that you order in is the first month that you will receive. For example, if you subscribe any time between March 1-31, your recurring subscription will begin with the March Box.
